Lasker

Chief Impact Architect

As the Chief Impact Architect for Planet, Harry plays a central role in creating and designing Planet. He develops high-leverage use cases and designs performance models to maximize Planet’s climate impact. For more than 30 years, he has designed strategic action systems to boost performance in education, major corporations and large-scale systems. One of the companies he co-founded popularized the Balance Scorecard, a method to coordinate the strategic performance of a distributed network of small teams.

Prior to his strategic action systems experience, he taught for a decade as a faculty member at the Harvard School of Education. Harry holds a BA in Social Relations from Harvard University and PhD in Sociology from the University of Chicago. He is an avid collector of American folk art and a promoter of art-based educational methods that build critical thinking skills in children.
