Josh Lee serves as the Board Chair of Climate Action Systems. He brings his experience with ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) and nonprofit consulting to his role as Board Chair. 

Outside his work advising the development of Planet, he is a Principal at Monitor Deloitte and leads the firm’s U.S. Healthcare Strategy Practice. He advises providers, health plans, federal health, state/local health and digital health companies on their long-range enterprise strategies. He has also served as lead strategy partner in multiple other industries including public utilities, telecom, banking, consumer products, retail and government. 

Throughout his career, he has advised and supported social entrepreneurs and nonprofits in close collaboration with New Profit. Josh leads key aspects of Deloitte's ESG activities, with a particular focus on Health Equity and its intersections with a range of climate issues. He leads Deloitte’s work at the World Economic Forum around Health Equity.

Josh has a BA from Columbia and MBAs and MA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.  He enjoys global travel with his wife and three children, cycling, scuba and open water swimming.
