As Planet’s Head of Client Strategy & Programs, Lily leads client strategy and program development. She collaborates with internal and external partners to design, deploy and develop the impactful use of Planet to achieve climate goals whilst keeping internal collaborations humming. An experienced project manager, community builder and strategist, she is passionate about supporting teams to envision boldly, assess clearly, bridge that gap with action, and grow together toward a regenerative future. 

She has coached 30+ organizations on their sustainability opportunities and co-created 6 significant company transformations. She has also designed community programs for the circular economy tech startup Trove, used visual graphic facilitation to help groups see the big picture, and co-wrote a sustainable business action curriculum.

Lily holds an MBA from the Presidio School of Management (the first school in the US to offer an MBA in Sustainable Business Management) and a BA in Psychology & Sustainable Design from Wesleyan University. She loves mountain biking with friends and hopes to get good enough at beekeeping that the bees stick around.
